Ward is born the 15th of April 1975 in MonroeLouisiana. She was a student at a private Christian elementary school known as Monroe Christian School. Ward went to Ouachita high school in the parish to complete her secondary schooling. She then moved to River Oaks High School the summer following her senior year. She attended Northeast Louisiana University briefly after her graduation. Ward began modeling at the age of thirteen, leaving her school in order to relocate to New York. After a few years, she decided to also try acting. Her first role was an uncredited role in the 1970's soap opera All My Children, and later was cast in a teen drama on NBC Premier-Time Malibu Shores. She landed the role of Meg Cummings, a virgin at Sunset Beach in 1996. In 1999, she began pursuing an acting career in the film industry, starring as the neurotic Brittany Foster in the erotic thriller The In Crowd. The film in theaters was a failure, but enjoyed some success in the cable market and on DVD. Ward was a supporting character in Shallow Hal the following year. Ward has also appeared in a variety of direct-to-DVD films and made guest appearances in various TV shows most notably Friends. The role of Chloe Kmet was hers in 2009 as she was the mother of a young woman on the ABC Family drama Make It or Break It. In private, she was married to David C. Robinson. The couple was blessed with a son named Cameron.

Sandra Lee has achieved great popularity on social media with her blackhead and pimple popping removal videos. Dr. Pimple popping has been a popular name for her social media accounts, including You Tube Instagram Facebook. Additionally, she been a part of the TLC series Dr. Pimple Popper for the duration of six seasons. Additionally, she also has her own brand of skin care products.
